These terms apply to your use of the yom mobile application.
yom is a personal record-keeping tool for freelancers to log work days and track payments owed by their clients. It is a private notebook on your phone. It is not an invoicing system, not an accounting system, and not a tax document.
yom does not provide tax, legal, accounting, or financial advice. The receipts generated by yom are informational summaries — not official tax invoices, not legally binding documents, and not substitutes for certified accounting software. For official invoicing under Israeli tax law (including e-invoicing requirements for invoices over ₪10,000), use certified accounting software.

yom is provided as is, without any warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that data will never be lost. Always export your data regularly if it is important to you.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of yom — including lost income, lost data, missed payments, or tax penalties. Your sole remedy for any dissatisfaction with the app is to stop using it.
